How to Enable Email Forwarding in cPanel: A Step by Step Guide

Let's get down to the steps.

  1. Login to your cPanel account
  2. Scroll down to the Email section and click Forwarders
  3. On the resulting page, click Add Forwarder 
  4. Under the Address to Forward, enter the username part of the email address for which you want to enable email forwarding.
  5. Select the domain name corresponding to the email address. This only applies if you have multiple domains or sub-domains in the hosting account.
  6. Under Destination, select Forward to Email Address and enter the email address you want to forward to.
  7. Click Add Forwarder.

And that's it. You are all set. You have successfully enabled email forwarding for a cPanel email account. At this time, all emails sent to your cPanel email address will be forwarded to the email address you provided.
